Notice of Completion of Tentative Roll

[Pursuant to Sec. 507 and 526 Real Property Tax Law]

 

Notice is hereby given that the Assessor for the Town of Santa Clara, County of Franklin has completed the tentative assessment roll for the current year and a copy has been left with the Town Clerk at the Santa Clara Town Hall where it may be seen during normal office hours until the 28th of May, 2026. The Assessor will be in attendance with the Tentative Roll by appointment only from 8-4 Monday through Friday. Please call 315-681-1556 or e-mail [email protected] for an appointment. The Board of Assessment Review will meet on May 28th  from 5-9pm at the Santa Clara Town Hall to hear and examine all complaints in relation to assessment. Publications for procedures relating to contesting an assessment are available at Franklin County Real Property Office, www.tax.ny.gov, or from the Assessor.
