Minutes of an Organizational Meeting of the Santa Clara Town Board held on Thursday, January 7,2010 Saranac Inn, NY town Hall at 7:00 P.M.
Roll call as follows:

- Thomas Kimpton - Councilman
- Philip Durkin - Councilman
Absent:

Meeting was called to order by Suprv. Webb. Town Justice Alan Sheren administered the oath of office to the newly elected officials.
Resolution No. 1 was offered by Thomas Kimpton seconded by Philip Durkin to make the following designations and appointments for 2010:
Insurance coverage for town officials provided by Town Policies. Town Attorney - James Maher
Code Enforcement Officer: Edward Lagree
Zoning Board of Appeals: Michelle Brown- Garcia, Chair, Albert Lewis, Edward Grant, James Dalheim, Nancy LaBombard,
Board of Assessment & Review: James Dalheim, Michelle Brown-Garcia, Richard Lyon. Payroll & Bookkeeping Services - Richard Meagher.
Health Officer: Richard Handler, M.D.
Planning Board: John Schaff - Chairman, Michael Ritchie, William Young, John LaHart, David V anderwalker.
Dog Control Services: By contract with the Tri-Lakes Humane Society. Official Newspaper: Adirondack Daily Enterprise.
Designated Depository: Community Bank, NA
Historian: Roy Rosenbarker
Meeting Schedule: 2nd Thursday of each month. Registrar of Vital Statistics: Carolyn Hickok Deputy Registrar: Laurie McGill
Deputy Town Clerk: Laurie McGill
Mileage Reimbursement: $.50 per mile.
Salaries & Hourly Wages: Per Budget or Labor Contract.Vote as follows: Thomas Kimpton-Aye, Philip Durkin - Aye, Marcel Webb - Aye, David Perry - Aye. Resolution adopted by majority vote.
Motion by Marcel Webb seconded by David Perry to appoint William Young to a five year term on the Planning Board, to expire in 2015. Vote as follows: Marcel Webb - aye, David Perry-Aye, Thomas Kimpton - Aye, Philip Durkin, Aye. Motion carried by majority vote.
Budget Amendments to balance accounts offered by Thomas Kimpton seconded by Philip Durkin: Resolved that $2447.00 be transferred from A1990A, Contingent 50 the following accounts: $800.00 to Account No. A1355A - Assessor
$820.00 to Account No. A1420A - Attorney
$654.00 to Account No. A1620A - Buildings
$45.00 to Account No. A50lOA - Supt. of Highways
$78.00 to Account No. A9030.8 - Social Security
Vote as follows: Thomas Kimpton - Aye, Philip Durkin - Aye, Marcel Webb - Aye, David Perry - Aye. Resolution adopted by majority vote.
Motion to adjourn at 7:35 P.M. made by David Perry seconded by Thomas Kimpton. All members voting Aye. Motion carried.
